Meet Krista
After receiving a dual degree from Le cordon Bleu in Wine Consulting and Culinary arts, Krista went on to pass her certification in the Master Court of Sommeliers. She worked for five years running a private champagne club where she did monthly champagne features and planned luxury trips to the Champagne region for her clients. She knows Champagne, France well and has many connections there from her previous work. In addition to the Champagne niche, she also ran wineries and tasting rooms in the California wine country planning large scale food and wine events! She has lived between Paris and California for the last six years and Paris is a special place and city she will always be passionate about. Meet Stanley
Stanley has lived in Paris for seven years! After receiving his french sommelier degree from Le Cordon Bleu, he was selected by the famous department store Galleries Lafayette to work in their wine cave as a wine specialist. In addition he worked several major wine events in Paris and formed personal relationships with many french winemakers. He is skilled in selecting the best french wine for each individual customer and has a plethora of knowledge. He also has an import business where he imports french wine to Hong Kong on a private client basis. Fun fact – Stanley is fluent in four languages including French!
